Guest guest
I am trying to add regular massage therapy to my care regimen. After the first massage a couple weeks ago,at 11:45 a.m., I got really weak in the muscles about 3 hours after the massage. I could barely make my legs work to walk upstairs to go to bed. I don't remember how I slept that night. OK, then had my 2nd massage on Wednesday, later in the day, at 3 p.m. I felt that muscle relaxation, but not weakness immediately following the massage. Around 10 p.m. I was in my daughter's room standing and suddenly got that feeling that something wasn't right. I got clammy, felt like I might pass out, and had to get to the toilet quickly. Could this be brought about from the massage? I got into bed and ate some cheese and crackers because it felt like a bloodsugar thing, even though I don't ever have problems with this. Ha, my massage therapist called while I was typing this, so I asked her about it. She said yes, if I didn't get enough water in, that could have caused it. So, something to work on the next time I go. Jeanne in WI
