To Kat--- arm pain

Kat,

I thought I should answer your question because I have had a similar experience.

First of all, my right shoulder has been messed up for a while. It is also in

my right upper back area... full of muscle knots.

I have had arm pain from it a couple of times. I assume the pain was caused by

nerve compression in the shoulder/upper back area. The pain gets really intense

sometimes and shoots sharp pain all down my right arm that is unbearable. I

have not had the tingling part in my arm though. However, I will tell you that

my hands get that type of pain sometimes. I think it is all part of fibro. But

you could have some problems, just as someone else said here, with your neck or

vertebrae in your upper back or something. Problems with discs in the neck area

could also be part of it.
