Is this your first time? I was denied 3 times before I got it. It sucks. I can't believe how much they put you through. The important thing though is to NOT give up. That's what they want you to do. Oh, and as for the house? We had to drop the price again. This market is crazy to try and sell a house. About a week and a half ago, I was number 3 at one of the apartment buildings. I've got my fingers crossed that it will get in soon. I'll have no excuse then to isolate myself because there will be people around. Good luck.
