this sometimes inbearible disease is an OK and upright person in my book

are times when we just need to cry ,to have a shoulder there to cry on is

great , the pain for me today is bad , hot tubs of water , it is rainning

and we have had tornado warnings with in 10 miles ,it seems i have taken 4

meds in the last 6 hours to try to help ,and and ice bag on my head , hot

pad on hips , ,just a funny here , if lighting hit the electric lines i

would be in the way , LOL! but rain is coming up from Va. and off the

Chesapeake bay

that means southern weather and it gets bad , humid , sweat then boom Pain

,then rain
