Hey, that roller thing sounds wonderful. Tell me where you found it and what

brand it is and stuff so I can look for it??? PLEASE. Yeah the vest massager

is pretty good but really vibrates more than it actaully messages.

Yep, would not want to try to carry that one to the airport. LOL.

I have been contemplating getting a massager thingie you put in a chair and the

rollers go up and down your spine. They had one at the drugstore to try and I

swear I was almost drooling it felt so good!! I was moaning out loud...yeah, I'm

a moron....maybe you just overdid it???? THat vest thing sounds good.....watch

out....don't want anybody thinking you are a suicide bomber!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!

Massaged myself, pain this morning- Toxins??

Just wanted to share something. I have a thing I bought for 20 bucks that is

called a Shiatsu vest massager. You put it on and it has built in massage things

in it. I also lay on it sometimes and position for my lower back too. It says

you can do that. Anyway, I used it last night, then I took this other massager I

have that is by homedics and it is really a powerful massager. I put the

handheld massager up on my knot areas in my upper back. It gave me a deep

massage ... especially after I used the vest.

This morning I was hurting beyond belief. I think it is true that deep massage

releases toxins. I guess I should drink a bunch of water today. My whole body is

feeling even worse kind of like the toxins have been let loose.
