Guest guest
Hello, girlsaylor. I have to say that my ankles and feet are the least painful area on my body. In general, my pain is pretty much evenly balance all over my body with some extra along my entier spine. Interesting hypothesis, though. Take care. Guest guest
I don't have much, if any, pain in these lower extremities. I get pain above the knee in my thighs, and upwards from there. I imagine if I were on my feet more regularly, this might change. I have sympathy for those of you who do, as it makes your ability to walk so difficult. Jeanne in WI It just hit me- Many if not most or all of us, have painful feet/ankles/lower legs. I recall that the ankles and feet have the largest concentration of bones, joints, tendons, ligaments, of any other similarly-sized area of the body. If most fibromytes suffer pain in some area of the foot/ankle, it would make sense, due to all the tendons and ligaments tying all those bones together. Today my lower legs, ankles, and entire feet are hurting from the fibro. Most usually the most severe pain in the feet is from the instep down to the ball of the foot and throughout my toes. In fact, does any fibromyte NEVER have pain in any of those areas? girlsaylor
