Guest guest
I certainly understand the sleep walking. I was really bad as a child and my parents had to put locks way up high on the doors cause they were afraid I would go outside. One night Mom heard something in the living room. I had moved the coffee table over to the door to stand on and unlock the chain at the top and while I was moving the coffee table something was knocked over on the floor and broke. That is the only thing that woke her up. If it had not been for that I would have been out the door. I still walk in my sleep from time to time but only when I am really really tired. I have come in the kitchen and made sandwiches and just left them on the counter uneaten. My husband woke up one night and I was in the living room mad at the person I was trying to get to hang new curtains and of course they were doing it wrong. Ha! It's very scary to think abou the things you can do while you are asleep. One night I even leaned over my husband and started beating on him. I thought I was in a fight with a girl friend....now that's bad!!! Debra B Gladewater, Texas Sleepwalking Sleepwalking. did it alot when I was a child, don't know how much but enough to get caught out of bed when I was sposed to stay there. This morning Cathy told me she saw me sleep walk to the bathroom 3am; says my eyes were closed the whole time and I didn't bump into anything. Now she's put the security chains on both outside doors in hopes of slowing me down if I try to sleep walk my way out of the house. Dad found me out in the dooryard when I was about 9, taking a squat, fast asleep. Maybe this is why I can't sleep tonight. That and also I've got that kind of pain again, the one where my bed feels like it's full of rocks-there is nothing wrong with the mattress, it's in my body. agot some worries too. Guest guest
I wanted to tell you that you should tell your doctor that you sleep walk there are alot of medications that can put you into a deep sleep and keep you in bed. I do not sleep walk but my son does and when he does he walks into walls which is very dangorus and so are alot of things you can be doing when you sleep walk. My son takes 2 sleeping pills to keep him in bed. I also wanted to let you all know that if you have children sleep walking can be passed to your kids and there kids after that. Like I said I do not sleep walk but my older brother did when he was younger and still does sometimes and so does my father.
