Totally off topic / a total vent / BANKS again

OK here goes. There's $9 in my checking account. A check comes in for $16. So

the bank returns it and doesn't clear the check. That's ok by me. Then the

bank charges me $28 overdraft fee. WAIT!! I'm not overdraft if they didn't pay

the $16 check. I still have the $9 in there!! Oh but you are overdraft when we

charge you the $28 fee. What is this; the chicken and the egg game????

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! I hate banks!!!!!!!!!!

I would never use them if I didn't have to!!!!!!
