Morning/and apologies

How are my favorite people doing today? Good I hope and not in too much pain.

I am hanging in here. I am so appreciative of all the support, well wishes and

love pouring out from everyone. I so so apprectiate it. without all of you, I

would be in the rabbit hole for sure.

Last night I had a moment of weakness and need to reach out. If in doing so, I

triggered bad memories for anyone. I apologize.

Never meant to hurt anyone. I forget when I am upset, that it might upset

someone else. I will try to refrain from talking about my home life best I can.

My own fault I live in it. No one else's. Sometimes I just need a friend aand an

ear. and all of you are my only support. Without you I would be so lost. So

please forgive me, ok?

I will try to do better. I am some other support groups for this problem as

well. Just so you know. I cannot understand another person being so uncaring

about someone's plight. I am not that way, so maybe that is why.

I am hurting alot this morning. Worse than before. Gonna call and ask dr for

something stronger for this pain. He was not on top of his game yesterday and

not as caring as before. maybe he was having a bad day. Not sure. My hip is

giving me fits. Wonder if he missed something there? It acts like Bursitisis.

Have my appt tomorrow with the back specialist. Wish I had someone to go with

me. Can y'all come? LoL. Scared as to what he is gonna tell me. Oh well one day

at a time.

Sorry if I am behind on emails. I will try to catch up. If I missed anything

important, please let me know. Got the rules and regulations thing right off the

bat this morning. Guess I needed a reminder. Anything else besides that?
