Why does my pee smell bad?

Seriously.

I am drinking lots of water. At least 4 liters a day. I am thirsty. I pee a lot

and it has a bad

odor, like a commode that needs cleaned. (Nothing " down there " is sore or

stings, itches

etc.) I am on my second course of antibiotics- Zithromax. Could it be the

antibiotics?

I havent eaten anything new or weird.

I will ask my Nurse Practitioner when I finaly get to see her again.

In the meanwhile-- soliciting popular opinion on smell of urine.
