Guest guest
Debi, You were asking about the all natural products that I take and if they were expensive, I don't think they are expensive. I spend about as much on them as I was spending on prescriptions a month. I can also get enough to last me 2 months and it costs less than the prescriptions did. I don't know if you have ever heard of Shaklee but I take their products and they work wonders. I take the multi- vitamin Vita Lea without Iron, 2 tabs daily, Osteomatrix, now this is my life saver, I take 3 before I go to bed and 3 when I wake up and I sleep so much better and the pain is not killing me when I wake up in the morning. I take 3 more after I wake up within an hour so then that keeps the pain from flaring up first thing in the morning. I also take B-Complex, 2 tabs daily or more if needed, this product helps with stress and depression and there are days that I really need this product. All the products also give me energy which is what I need when I am taking care of my 2 year old grandson and my 7 month old great-nephew. I can't be tired all the time and that is what the meds from the doc did to me, all I wanted to do is sleep. I can't do that, I have 5 kids, 4 still living at home and a husband, the last thing I can do is take naps during the day so the energy that Shaklee products gives me is wonderful. I hope this helps.
