Why does my pee smell bad?

Like I said earlier,it smells like an old commode.

I drink loads of water-4 liters a day.

Haven't eaten anything new or weird.

Only change is the antibiotic, Zithromax. Do you think that would do it?

I called the pharmacist and asked and he all but laughed at me.

When I do see the Nurse Practitioner I wil ask her.

Meanwhile, anyone got an idea?
