Hand and toe numbness at night

Hi all, I just wanted to know if anyones hands get numb at night? I

always lay on my back, and am not laying on my arm at all that I know

of, and I wake up with the right one numb every morning. and also,

the 2 middle toes on my foot go numb in the morning also.... strange..

they don't hurt, just numb.. just wondering if anyone else expierences
