* Nice to have you with us. When I go to the dr, I take a list of my

symptoms, any questions or concerns, list of my meds and allergies and

surgeries. I also journal my symptoms daily, meds I took, what helped, etc.

Hope that helps you some. The journal gives them view of what you go

through on a daily basis with your health issues. Hope this helps some. Will
