balance issues and Fibro and now an accident!

I have a sister-in-law with fibro, very severe. She lost her balance a

couple of days ago, fell down a flight of stairs. Broke her wrist

pretty bad, and busted the shoulder joint in two places (the ball of

the shoulder) on opposite side. Had to have surgery on the shoulder,

and both arms now in casts. Of course, she's one who has a stinker

spouse who goes so far as to suggest to her what to cook for dinner for

her own birthday! So she's not getting any assistance at all (in

another state than I am.) Another reason to not be shy about using

mobility aids, even just a cane, if needed, to help keep us stable and

balanced.
