Guest guest
ok - two ps's ) I just remembered ) I really don't fill the osterizer to the 5 cup mark - it's too tricky to blend, pour and overflows. I fill it to above the 4 cup mark, divide the blend into two bottles then top off the bottles. Our Rubbermaid Chug bottles are really not microwave rated (though their other products are) and many people use glass jars (like canning jars, removing the lid to microwave). You can also warm the blend in warm water (handy at restaurants and hotels - I love asking for a turin of hat water, no tea bag ;o) ) The Chug bottles work really great for . The plastic is lightweight and graspable by his hands. It is non-breakable, and the pour spout minimizes spills in case there is a toppling of the bottle. Also the pour spout allows him to fairly tip the bottle end up to feed himself without pouring food everywhere, and a glass jar would require far too much balance and proprioception to be " easy " . ) best to you- yuka
