A couple of rare unusual habits I got (related to OCD, CHARGE, or is just me?)

Hey guys!

Whazzup!? I'm doing okay, I feel like I need to share this only to the

Charge Group, and some friends in this group too, right? It's some of my rare,

unusual habits I got, which I never metioned it to you guys before. Cuz, I was

afraid that you might think I'm wierd, strange, or something, right? I don't

know if it's a Charge thing, OCD thing, or is it just me?

Well, I went to a friend's party yesterday (I'm keeping this person name

anyominious, like private and personal ya know) and I noticed that my friend got

a unique b'day present yesterday. I thought it was a 1 time thing, when I saw my

friend did this habit before, but I guess my friends does enjoy doing it for

fun! Now that my friend and I got another thing in common (this gift my friend

got, got the same rare, unusual habit I got, which I rarely do these days),

popping all the plastic bubbles outta the plastic bubble wrapper! You know those

wrappers, that you see in a package that help to protect some items in the

packages, right?

Well, I do know that whenever I get in touch, my hands on that plastic

bubble wrapper, I couldn't help it, couldn't avoided the chance of enjoying the

fun of popping all of those small plastic bubbles out! I don't know why I do it,

but I guess it's kinda fun for me and I couldn't stop doing it till all of those

tiny or large plastic bubbles are all popped out, yay!

Another wierd, strange habit, whenever I see a tissue (used or unused), I

tend to stare at it, pick it up, play with it, open it to pieces ya know. Some

of my friends and my mom see me do this, and they all hated it, even my brother

and his gf too! I think it's the texture of the soft tissue that gets me, it's

like I like to touch and feel for the soft white texture ya know.

Whenever my mom wears hair spray (my gf even wear it too sometime, and

yesterday I embarrassed myself while playing with her hair, lol!), I tend to

touch and mess up her hair, lol! She really hated it when I do that, right?

Yep, another resistetant, hard to avoid urge of touching and playing with

something. I think it's my sense of touch get me a bit a wierd ya know. It's

like certain textures like bubble wrapper, hair spray, tissues, make me wanna

touch it, play with it, even mess it up too!

Sigh, that's all for now. I hope you guys won't get freak out by my wierd

unusual habits. I didn't bring this up long time ago, cuz I didn't know what to

say till what I saw yesterday. Is this a Charge and/or OCD thing? Or, it just

plain ol' me?

Well, one thing that I know is that all three of my kids love the bubble wrap

and can't stop popping it either. :-) Just like you and your friend. I even

put some in Kendra's Christmas stocking one time because I know she loves

popping it so much.

You're funny Chip but you are not weird, I haven't thought of that if it is

really charge behavior or what.??? It happen to me sometime and I did do weird

things that normal people don't do but I might be wrong. I talk to myself a lot,

like to pop on bubble wrapper, comb my hair from my right hand (actually I got

better stop doing that) if I get bored or enjoyed myself and drumming on the

table well not that often just keep to myself. When I talk to myself at public

or in the car people would look at me like who that weirdo talking to how

embarrassing so maybe I better do at home instead. You know I see people who

talk through their cell phone and sometime they look like they are talking to

As for Bubble wrap popping. i LOVE IT!! YAY. Always have to do it

Nothing wrong with popping those bubble wrap packages hehe. I know

TONS of people who dont have charge or any other medical issues who

LOVE to pop those little bubble wrap packages lol. Just tell anyone

who asks... that its a stress reliever and they dont know what they

are missing lol. Popping bubble wrap bubbles has to be the most NORMAL

thing to do hehe.

As for the tissue, im tactily deffensive towards the feeling of tissue

(yes that includes bathroom tissues...) However i like the feel of one

of my soft blankets.

Don't worry, I got some habits that are unique. Let's see.

Picking my nose (used to be in public, but that stopped after Freshman year.

Now, it is at home in my room). But still, it isn't very often.

I must put everything in the right spot. That is obsessive compulsive. Everyone

is that way about something.
