My parents used to tell me included doctors to exercise my shoulders to straighten up a little a time when I was young like three or four time a week for half in hour and I did little of exercise sometime with physical therpists and at home. Other thing I did not work hard enough that I should or either lazy too. I don't know if it is too late to straighten up my shoulders right now. So have you strengthen your shoulders you were young then is getting better now to straighten up? I did exercise for quite a while but not working hard and I do my best.. just wondering, Michele S.
