Hi,

had his county competition for horseback riding in Special

Olympics today. He rides independently and does walk/trot classes. He

showed in showmanship, equitation, trail, barrels. He got 1 gold and 2

silver medals. There were about 17 kids/young adults riding today and

they all had such a good time. All the ones who got gold medals had

their names picked from a hat for state competition. is very

happy because his name was picked. He will be going to Penn State for 4

days of competition in June. It was something to see how all the kids

rooted and congradulated each other for doing well. A really great

group of kids/young adults it made your heart warm just watching.
