Guest guest
Val, I seem to go through the same cycle everyday... i take my morning dose of HC and armour at 7am and i take my first temp at 10am. it is always low(around 97.8) at 11am i take my second dose of HC and at 1pm i take my second temp reading it seems to always be high( around 99) I read one of your posts that said this is from the thyroid rushing into the cells due to highish cortisol. Is this OK or do I need to do something to correct this? Does this tax the adrenals? Shoul I increase my morning HC and decrease the second dose? I would appreciate any advice.. Oh also my temp averages are stable between 98.3 and 98.5 for 5 days thanks
