I'm pretty sure anywhere that has smooth skin would work. When I use it I

usually use the inside of my forearms because of the veins close to the

skin. I personally don't seem to absorb as well through theskin, but there

are several people who seem to do better using the cream. I think I'm an

abberation. :-) You probably had a thyroid dump from the cortisol in the

cream. That 1/2 tsp would be the equivalent of 20mg of HC. But at least you

know it worked!
