Hi, I wanted to respond because Chrystine (19 months) has been anesthetized

over 5 times since the last wk. of April. Since then, she has been fiercely

aggressive and also seems to have night terrors. I am anxious to see the

answers and replies to this subject as well.

This might be a place to ask your question:

it's a forum of anesthesiologists... It was on my google ticker when I was

reading your message. It certainly sounds like there's a correlation

between the anesthetic and the increase in agressive behaviours, but it's

hard to say if it's the sole cause of the increase in agression...

Kennedy usually just gets extremely ticked when we hit the OR door (I even

got a punch in the face once - NOT like her!)...

i believe the behavior thing - after anesthetic i'm either mean as fire or i

cry like a child at everything... but the seizure scares me - i'd call the

hospital about that one - or her doctor... or someone in a posistion to

actually diagnose something - i can't imagine how bad that must have scared

you
