High cholest. is a symptom of low thyroid problems. Which are often related

to adrenal problems. Lots of people here have had BP problems and had good

results with unrefined sea salt. I don't know that I would listen to your

doctor on this one. Many of them don't have a clue about adrenal fatigue

issues. Personally, I know that I jstu can't exersice. REgualar activities

exhaustm. I have to go to the grocerty store today and I could just cry

thinking about it. I've tried to tell doctors and others for years that I

can't excercise. When I try I can't do anything else the rest of the day or

week. I was like this before my adrenal glands completely crashed and now

it's much worse. If you have problems with adrenal fatigue and don't feel

well after excercising (that day or the next) then I would advise to lay off

of it for awhile.you are just hurting your adrenal glands more which will

postpone you feeling better eventually.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy

enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright
