I tried some awhile back. Didn't seem to help my adrenals and kept me

awake at night. :-(

I am taking Cytozyme AD, and Cytozyme PT/HPT along with my HC.. Not

sure if these are extracts of sorts, but I think they are, I know one

is for thyroid, and one is for adrenals.. I just started them so I have

no idea if they work our not. I hope they do a bit of something..

Please let us know how they're working after a week or two. I'm

curious. My nutritionalist wants me to take the extract, but I've

been cautioned against it because it's bovine. Although, I'm not sure

it's any more of a risk for mad cow than eating beef is.

Well I have been on it for a couple weeks now and really am not so sure

I see any improvement or any help from them. I am also on HC as well

though...The cut off for me bgin on them is 3 months tops.. after 3

months I stop them.
