**I checked with my nurse practitioner and I have had at least one

antibody test come back positive for antibodies, so I guess that puts

me in the Hashi's category, for what it's worth.

Estradiol 10 HRT Target Range:5-13 (I use the Vivelle dot)

Progesterone 77 HRT Target Range:100-300 **

Free Testosterone 7 Borderline Low Normal:8-20 **

**I am at the end of my first week of using progesterone cream and

testosterone cream.

I am up to 2 grains of Armour as of this past Friday (started at one

grain a little over four weeks ago.) Weaning down from 200mcg levo

(now at 50mcg)

I can't use licorice due to high BP, but I do have some Adrenogen

that I can take...

I would say to try some Ashweaganda and Rhodiola INSTEAD of the

Adrenogen as it being a raw glandular it will contian hormones and

possibly adrenaline which you do NOT want.

Ok, I will try to find some. (I am assuming they are separate

supplements) What exactly are their actions?

They are known as adaptogens. This type of herbal is said to normalize

cortisol whether ti si too high or too low, btu it is only effective

when there is only slight adrenal fatigeu but they may also be useful

WITH HC for some people.
