iodine

You will find a ton of what you are onto here ; ) And it is accurate

what you state about displacing the halogens from the iodine

receptors. However, depending on needs...400mcg seems quite low.

What form of iodine are you using?

I'm not using anything, except for the pitiful amount in the

multivitamin I sometimes take. And of course the iodine in the

thyroid hormones.
