Usually, one does this at every season change for a week... eating only fruit in between. I used to get a lot of energy with this regimen... but don't know if I'd try it now with hypo-t and adrenal exhaustion. - Squeeze half a lemon (about a tablespoon of juice?) into an 8 oz glass of water, add 1/4 tsp sea salt, and 5-6 drops liquid stevia (more or less to your desired sweetness).
