Hi Joann. I tried them once, for my AM dose of 10mg and put the whole

thick thing between my lower cheek and gum and it kept moving around

and I was salivating a lot and most of it made it down my throat I

think. I asked my pharma about it and he said that I should split it

and put a half on each side of my mouth. I haven't tried it yet

because I also had a really bad HA the whole day that I did try it

that I didn't know what to attribute it to, and I have been jacking

around with my dosing again - dropping pred, and now increasing HC

back to 40mg and adding Florinef so I am waiting before trying again.

They're sitting in my fridge now.

Are yours pretty thick and do they take forever to melt down? Even

with a lot of it running down my throat it seemed to take like 30-40

minutes for it to completely dissolve? I don't know if I can use it

for my bed-time dose like that or maybe it would be better as it would

prolong the dose as long as I didn't end up drooling it out of my

mouth

Hi - mine are about 1/4 inch thick and are about a 1/2 inch x

1/2 inch wide. I cut mine in 1/2 and place it under my tongue. That

seems to hold it in place pretty well. I can feel some going down my

throat too but I'm sure most goes into the bloodstream. What flavor

are yours? Mine are lime. I think it takes about 20 min to

dissolve. I was just curious if you were having any luck with them.

I'm sorry to hear you are feeling so poorly. I've actually have been

feeling better than ever. I think it's the vitamins finally kicking

in (D, C and B12). Now I need to lose the weight I've gained and then

I'll be happy. I have to try and convince my dr at my next appt to

raise my thyroid dose and maybe that will help me drop some lbs.

I hope the Florinef does the trick for you, I'm so grateful I don't

have that to worry about (at least I don't think I do!)

That sounds about right. I think mine are lemon flavored - some

artificial citrus flavor anyway. I will try them again, under my

tongue and see how I do. They weren't cheap so I want to use them,

but I'm just trying not to do too much at once.
