Guest guest Posted February 28, 2008 Report Share Posted February 28, 2008 Whats the difference between Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Chloride. I dont want the '''loosening of the bowels effect'''. I had to drink magnesium citrate for bowel pictures, and it made me feel so shaky and icky. I know it prolly wouldn't in low doses, but still... Also, do I HAVE TO take calcium with the mag? Im scared to get too much calcium supplementation. Currently, in my vit C, there are %16 Calcium and 20% Magnesium, maybe a little more with as much as I take (these are all as ascorbates). So, I wanted to choose a magnesium that won't hurt with what Im already getting. Thanks, I've gotta take something. Hopefully something I can go to the store and buy too, I hate ordering online.
