What precautions should I take. I am on Armour 1.45 mgs daily, Iodoral 12.5 daily, and cortisol cream-ramped 5, 5, 2.5,2.5 Help-I am very scared of dentists! Guest guest Posted February 28, 2008 Report Share Posted February 28, 2008 I just went through this today. I took a 20mg stress dose and I still got pretty panicky. They used Rescue Remedy on me LOL I got through it. I wouldn't recommend getting flouride at all~it wreaks havoc on your thyroid. Also cover your neck with the lead apron if you get x-rays.
