Guest guest
Hi , I just purchased the Sleep revitalization formula and the energy revitalization in citrus burst. The energy comes with a powder and a vit b pill. I've only been taking it a week and so far I can't tell much difference. The powder you drink with water and its 50calories (for those of you dieting). If you like orange creamsicles then you might like this. Its also kinda thick. I thought I'd like it because I take so many supplements but its getting harder to swallow than the pills because I'm not fond of the taste. I tried mixing lemon juice in it this morning and that made it more palatable. The sleep formula hasn't done much YET. I'm still hopeful. I will say that today I woke up with more energy and wasn't ready to go back to sleep like I usually am. But I was up and down ALL night with my 10mo old. She's teething 4 on the top at once. I read Shoman's books " the thyroid diet " and living well with hypothyroidism. She suggests the fatigued to fantastic formulas but she also suggests 5HTP at bedtime so I got soem of that and it does help me fall asleep if I take about 400mg of it. Hope that helps! Guest guest
I've used it, or tried to use it. The betaine in it just ripped my stomach to shreds. Just a fYI in case you have any stomach or ulcer prone problems. sol scubjay wrote: > I got it off one of the links in the files section, wondering if anyone > had good luck with it?? > http://iherb.stores.yahoo.net/rawadrenal.html >

Guest guest
I used the revitalisation berry mix and find it a handy multivitamin. I is easier than taking a bunch of tablets individually. I haven't had any stomach problems with it, although at the stage it made me feel a little bit nauseous.
Guest guest
I'm using the berry splash and suspect it's making me nauseous and *very* gassy. I'm confused-- what in there could do that? Or does licorice do that? , you said it makes you nauseous, but I'm not clear at what stage you're referring to. > > I used the revitalisation berry mix and find it a handy multivitamin. > I is easier than taking a bunch of tablets individually. > > I haven't had any stomach problems with it, although at the stage it > made me feel a little bit nauseous. >
Guest guest
Hi When I drunk the revitalisation multi-vitamin for the first few days I felt a little nauseous immediately after drinking it, but this only lasted 30 minutes or so and then I was fine. I think it took my body a little bit of time to get used to the mixture. After about 1 week, I didn't have any negative reaction to it. I have been drinking it daily now for about 6 months. Teilelbaum recommends starting off with half the normal dose for those who feel nauseous, increasing to a full cup after a while. paul
Guest guest
-ty! i did the half a scoop bit cos I just couldn't take it. made sense and seemed better than nothing. i have to say the opaqueness of it is distasteful to me. I also have a difficult time keeping it mixed well. not matter what i do there's always goop in the bottom. i have to put in a little rinse water at the end and just down it. thinking when summer comes it'd be better in a smoothie. have you tried that? Guest guest
No i haven't tried a smoothie, but it probably could be easier to drink. Maybe a milk and banana smoothie would be nice. I would agree it is not that pleasant. My girlfriend thinks it is disgusting even to look at. She thinks I am mad to drink it! I now drink it in half pint/ 250ml, so it is more concentrated and less liquid! However, you have to really stir it well so make it consistent. If it is too much for you, you might be better to just take vitamins and minterals individually (ie a good multi-vitamin, Vitamin B complex, Selenium, amino acids)instead of having to drink this powder. I just find it convenient to drink one drink instead.

Guest guest
--Just had some in plain yogurt and that worked pretty well. Looked more normal. i noticed it has whey protein in it, but they don't specify which type. Does any one know if it's recommended for those who are lactose intolerant? Checked the website w/o luck. Submitted a question to them, so maybe I'll hear back. Just curious.
