Sherie,

I don't really know anything about the d-ribose, so I don't know if it

stimulates the adrenals or not. Anything that does that you want to avoid

with adrnal fatiuge. As for the exerciseing, it depends on the person. The

question is does it make you feel beter overall or just while you are

excercising and right after? When you are excercising, your adreanl glands

are stimulated to produce adrenaline. This is what gives atheletes a rush of

energy while you are excercising. If you feel worse later, this is

definately what is happening and you should at the very least look into a

milder form of excercise. If it makes you feel good overall (not just that

day even), then it should be alright. Personally, I have a tendency to crash

the following day from jsut about everything. I can't even think about

excercise at this point though. I litereally can't force myself to do it.

I'd probalby end up in a coma for a week if I could make myself....
