Guest guest
Sherie, I don't really know anything about the d-ribose, so I don't know if it stimulates the adrenals or not. Anything that does that you want to avoid with adrnal fatiuge. As for the exerciseing, it depends on the person. The question is does it make you feel beter overall or just while you are excercising and right after? When you are excercising, your adreanl glands are stimulated to produce adrenaline. This is what gives atheletes a rush of energy while you are excercising. If you feel worse later, this is definately what is happening and you should at the very least look into a milder form of excercise. If it makes you feel good overall (not just that day even), then it should be alright. Personally, I have a tendency to crash the following day from jsut about everything. I can't even think about excercise at this point though. I litereally can't force myself to do it. I'd probalby end up in a coma for a week if I could make myself.... Rie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
