I have never heard of a problem wiht the capsules, they are NOT plastic

much as they lok like it! LOL I would be afraid of them not dispersing

WHERE they are supposed to by removing the comtents. Some should not

open until intestinal absorption is possible as stomach acids may affect

them,.

capsules are gelatin. they may be of vegetable source or animal source. i can

not digest animal protein well so i use vegetable capsules. also the excipients

are very important.try to use supplements which have more natural excipients..

i.e fillers,lubricators,etc..

jelly capsules of omega 3 or 6 oils may be pinched by needle and applied

directly to skin.

vit c may be emptied into water,infact you may buy powdered vit c directly.

was thiamine B1? does it help with anxiety?

ashwaganda can be directly emptied into mouth if you are not so sensitive about

taste.

Hello all.....I've been away from the forums for a while. Feeling

pretty good and weaning off HC. So far so good.

I have really been dilligent about taking all my

vitamins/supplements, but lately am wondering if I'm not bombarding

my liver by taking so much. Am wondering if I could open the

Sorry I wrote thiamine. Actually its theanine, an extract from

green tea....suntheanine. It also has B-6 and is touted as an anti

anxiety supplement....can't really say if it works yet....as I just

started.

If I find it to be useful I will post later.
