I have really been dilligent about taking all my vitamins/supplements, but lately am wondering if I'm not bombarding my liver by taking so much. Am wondering if I could open the capsules and pour the contents into juice or something and at least avoid those platicky looking capsules. This is what I'm taking: AM: HC Cytomel Vit C Vit D3 B-12 Digestive Enzymes Probiotic Omega 3-6-9 Noon: HC Cytomel Vit C Digestive Enzymes Probiotic Omega 3-6-9 Thiamine (for anxiety) 5-HTP- for insomnia Ashwaghanda (for weaning HC) Mid Afternoon: Calcium/Magnesium Vit C Bedtime: HC Cytomel Vit C magnesium (more to sleep) Thiamine 5-HTP Progesterone cream Isn't this a lot of stuff? I have never really felt the effects of one supplement. Sometimes wonder if I'm wasting time and money. Are all those plastic capsules dangerous? Most are capsules....with only the calc. magnesium being tablets as well as HC and Cytomel. Anyone's insight and experience will be appreciated. My night table looks like a pharmacist's shelf!!!
