Guest guest
It sould also depend on the time between brushing her teeth and filling the tube. Sounds like it was a pretty immediate thing though. I'd call the lab though. rie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Guest guest
It was right after - I woke her up to do the testing and thought that she would come right down. I didn't realize that she was brushing her teeth. There is no reagent in the tubes except for the FT3 tube. We're continuing the rest of the day's collection today (she has no time during the day for it at work) and re-doing just the 8AM collection tomorrow. I'll call the lab before sending them in. > > It sould also depend on the time between brushing her teeth and filling the > tube. Sounds like it was a pretty immediate thing though. Guest guest
hmmm, I brushed my teeth before I did the morning cortisol, I didn't know I wasn't supposed to, toothpaste also had mouthwash in it. How does this affect the cortisol levels? My morning one was pretty high. It was 18 (range 13-24 nM). Thanks, Lynn
Guest guest
I don't know for certain if this would affect the testing or not, but I would ask Canary Club, or what ever lab did the testing. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
