Guest guest
Amy, It might not be the Pediasure - Kennedy just switched like a lightbulb into hyper behavior around 3 years of age (I think around there...memory isn't so reliable lately ha ha). It might just be the time those behaviours start coming out. Dr. Blake told me BEFORE Kennedy exhibited any type of hyper behaviours that it was common for kids with CHARGE (and others with cranial nerve issues) to have this hyper-type behaviour and to be prepared for it. About a year and half later, BAM! there it was. This was before she switched to Pediasure so there's no correlation for us. > > We have been slowly transistioning Max to Pediasure over the past 1 1/2 > months. Guest guest
Hi Amy & Mighty Max, Is the Pediasure for extra nutrition? Can he have milk? Sam has Carnation Instant Breakfast in whole milk for extra nutrition, so perhaps you could try Max with that instead of the Pediasure and see if he calms down-? I know the prednisone-hyper behavior all too well!!! It was a looooonnnngg winter here in my house!! Theresa > We have been slowly transistioning Max to Pediasure over the past 1 > 1/2 months. Guest guest
Eva is on pediasure and she can be hyper but I dont think its from the pediasure. She has been on if over a year so I think its just her age. She can get crazy hyper sometimes too...LOL!
