I have used Now Krill Oil and just switched to Twinlab Cardio Krill oil

as it also has B vitamins. I have noticed less heart pounding, lower

glucose and my hair has gotten very shiny and healthy loking as it was

dry before. I also have notced my skin is moist rather than dry and just

the antioxidant effects are needed especialy with Diabetes and

hypothyroidism

I, too, have been using the NOW krill oil and just began to try the NSI

brand (vitacost.com's brand) of krill oil. Twin Labs does sound good. I

read that there is only one company that harvests virtually all the krill

oil in the world and it is sold under several different brands. The

addition of B vitamins sounds like a good thing.

I get Mercola's newsletter and he really pushes that Krill Oil....I

thought only he made it, but now I see there are other options.

Val....if flaxseed is a goiterogen....does it really matter if we're

only on Cytomel....thus, no conversion issues?
