I would try lowering salt and HC first, then if in another day the

headache is no tbetter just go bakc to .75 of the Florinef.

okay, will do, thanks for that! what is the minimum salt intake

necessary for the florinef? can I go below 1 tsp/day?

You can go to 1/2 tsp a day as you get SOME sodium in the foods oyu eat

already.

Hi Val,

Worked like a charm! I lowered hc to 35 and salt to a bit over 1/2 tsp. I

crashed around 4 pm, just got very cold and needed a nap, but I am taking that

as a signal to slow down, I plan to stay at 35 and weather the weaning symptoms.

Do you think I'm right? Looking at my face, it is very puffy. Today I dosed

12.5, 10, 7.5, and plan on 5 at bedtime. Does that look good or would you

change that for tomorrow?

Dahlia >I've been getting bad headaches since going up to .1 mg florinef. I'm

still at a rather highish dose of hc from stress dosing for bronchitis--

i've been around 40-45hc. Am planning to lower to 40 hc today but do

you think the florinef is causing headahces? Also my face is very

puffy, looks like water retention. I cut salt back to 1 tsp yesterday

and maybe today I should cut further.>

That is good for now but every 3 days or so you can try lowering by 2.5

start with the AM dose next lower.

35 is a pretty low dose for me, I had been at 40 hc for well over a

month, well before I stress dosed for bronchitis. Do you think I

should go still lower than 35?

You should try to find the lowest dose that will work for you and you

may be able to lower it mor then without the Florinef.
