Guest guest
Well still in hospital...BIPAP didnt work, she would keep it on her face asleep, but each time the machine was switched on she went crazy, also we couldnt suction her easily and she needs 24/7 suctioning. We have abandoned it, although her stas have been good they think the haemorrhage may have cleared the back and thats why shes picked them up. After we stopped trying BIPAP shes been unwell secretions green chesty etc cant help wondering if the pressures were sending her secretions down the wrong way...or maybe a coincidence. Meeting on Wednesday to discuss whats the plan...I have no idea feel like its all up in the air again and just want her home! Hope your all ok, not had much time to catch up. Fed up last week and wanted to defer University, until I got my last module results, I managed 71% which is far better than my previous one...so cheered up and decided to keep slogging it, exams soon! thats it in Chan land love Les x
Guest guest
Les, Thinking of you guys and little Amelie. Give her a hug from Kennedy & I. I'm sure the docs & you will decide what's best for her. Keep us posted and don't worry about giving school a break; I am taking the summer off, which wasn't what I had planned, but felt I needed to do right now. Sometimes we just need to kick back and be " moms " . It's hard though.
