Oh my gosh!!! When my hot flashes stop, I have enough estrogen. If I

have a decent time of month (period) then I have enough progesterone.

Symptoms!!! That tells it all!!!

Hi Gale

Thanks for bringing this hot flush issue up.I have been living with hormone

imbalances for so long and my body is so sick having all kinds of wierd things

for such a long time that i can nor say if i am having hot flushes now or not.

it could be that i was having them for 10 plus years and i got used to them. If

you don't mind and if you have some time could you please describe me how hot

flushes occur. if it is getting suddenly hot and taking the cloths out urgently,

yes i have that. is that all? or are there other symptoms,too.. i am menopausal

since three years and i did not notice any additional symptom related to

menopause.either menopausal symptoms are the ones i had been living for many

years or i do not have estrogen problem. (Which seems impossible with my adrenal

status..)
