Guest guest Posted March 6, 2008 Report Share Posted March 6, 2008 When I get those very intense headaches, I lay down with a heated jel pack behind my head and then put it over my eyes. Helps me fall asleep and relieves the headaches some. It doesn't always take away the headache, but does help some..... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
