third piece of the puzzle - estrogen/progesterone

With all the discussion on the sex hormones, I decided to ask this

question:

I'm close to optimized on adrenal and thyroid, after three long

years. My temps stay stable at average daily temps of 98.5. My

ferritin still needs significant work. It's 36 right now. I'm trying

the Geritol with Ferrix that others had success with, but the stuff

is the nastiest stuff I have ever tasted.

Here are my estrogen/progesterone numbers:

LH 1.8 (range 2.4 -12.6 follicular phase)

Estradiol 19.6 (range 12-166 follicular phase)

My main symptom is crazy long periods (I'm 37) that would last for

two weeks, very bad PMS (fatigue/irritability). Generalized fatigue

at other times.

If I should have gone to another group to ask this question, please

let me know if you know a good group.

Thanks, Sara

Well I am not an expert on these hormones by a long shot but it certinly

looks to me like your estroge n is very low. I would suggest gettign

Progesterone and Testosterone tested as well to get a ful picture and as

you are menstruating a good hormone doctor migh tbe very helpful in

balancing these.
