can you have low aldosterone with normal bp?

my bp averages about 130/65 and the systolic number falls when

standing.I know with low alodsterone its usually lower. the thing is I

have all the other symptoms of low aldosterone. I fail the pupil test

horribly,,,Im very sensitive to bright light and have frequent

urination and crave salt. when I throw salt in my waters its like

" ahhhh " " " . so,,,can some people have normal or near normal bp with low

aldo?

Yes and can even have high BP wiht it low too.,
