Temperature Graph help please!

Hi

I am on HC and am analysing my adrenal function by graphing average

temperatures. Can anyone tell me if, based on these temps, I am on enough?

Range over 21 days: 97.8 - 98.3 (0.5)

Biggest Interday fluctuation: 0.3

which occured on 3 occasions.

Fluctuations of 0.2 occurred on 5 occasions.

I have heard that " if each averaged temp is more than .2 from each

other, you are not on enough HC " . Does this mean that your averaged

temp should ALWAYS be within the same 0.2 band? Or can the average

temp move 0.2 each day?
