KNowing what I know now abotu estrogen and cortiosll relationship to each other,

I wish I had started estrogen sooner as I think it might have lowered my high AM

cortisl before it did. I would say you could use estrogen as well as

progesterone. Your testosterone is looking pretty good where it is.

Thank you so much, Val. Would you have an idea of what form of estrogen and how

much. It seems like I used Estrace or some such thing about 25 years ago when I

complained of PMS. Couldn't take it because it intensified migraines - which I

don't have now. I have progesterone cream which I have used of and on mostly

off, but could not tell if it was helping me .

Oestrogel is a great form of estrogen I have heard nothing but good
