How To Wean Back Onto Isocort, and Should I Worry About Dumping??

I'm taking my adrenal test on Friday and have been off my Isocort for

about a month. I have been taking my T3 still, but have some questions.

Should I follow the ramp up schedule till I hit my 4 in the morning and

2 in the afternoon dosage that my ND has me on? Or should I follow

something else? And should I worry about thyroid dump or any other

problems?
