Guest guest
That is a wonderful family I have thought about opening my home to more children like that when Eva get alittle older and when we get a nice home. Its a dream of mine I have had for a long time, I said I always wanted to help more kids like Eva and welcome them into my home and give them the love and support they dont normally get in a group home. Bless that wonderful family!! Guest guest
Chantelle, I think I have to agree with you on this one I am alittle offended also. I think if thats the way the courts are going to be thinking then I think we all deserve some kind of money then!!! I know so many on here who never knew anything was wrong with their child til they were born. The article also said that if they would have saw it on the sonogram then they would have had more tests to help them learn what was wrong....WELL I had an amnio and the came back neg for everything they tested for SO spending money on more tests would not have changed much of anything. I don't know what else to say without getting out of control! So I will stop right there...lol. Guest guest
What gets me about this article is the line about it being too late to terminate. I may not like the hand that my daughter was dealt, but I would have never terminated my pregnancy if I had known. I just would have been more prepared. Guest guest
Perhaps I am wrong about this, but I think out of respect for families on this list related to the court case, it may be most sensitive to refrain from discussion of the the matter at this time. That is unless they, the family, wish to discuss it in this forum. Re: charge in the news What gets me about this article is the line about it being too late to terminate. Guest guest
I was wondering how to delicately interject - but the family is a member of this list and it's a pretty personal issue for sure. Thanks Wen. Guest guest
Debbie, Sorry about everything you went threw and it stinks that the news only puts peices of whats true in their writings. Hang in there and sorry about everything. Guest guest
Debbie I too feel so much was missed in my pregnancy, for which I complained about, in particular poor fetal movements were dismissed several times as the polyhydramnious fluid and I wasnt feeling her move!! she was my fourth and I knew she didnt move much compared to the others!! frequent raised blood pressure, I had never suffered with before and generallay unwell...it makes me sad that I didnt have the opportunity to prepare for the birth, the shock is so bad! This news is your own personal belonging and no one elses business, what you did for your son is to try and secure financial issues for adulthood, who can blame you, I would do the same if I could. hugs Les x > > Debbie, > Sorry about everything you went threw and it stinks that the news > only puts peices of whats true in their writings.
