I've tried it that way and it didn't make a difference. I don't know what to do

at this point....

I have so much trouble falling asleep no matter when I dose this stuff, it's

literally driving me insane and I'm about to lose my job. :(

Alsdo

Then I htinkk you should concentrate on getting the dose HIGH enough ot

work for oyu and then raising thyroid. When I had high RT3 I had so much

trouble getting up in the AM it was horrible, so that is something else

yo can look into.

How about 10 - 7.5 - 7.5 - 5?

>Westhroid: 3/4 grain

>Cytomel: 15 mcg

How are you dosing thyroid? Are your temps stable enough for a raise

yet? Sometimes it helps if you can split this throughout the day.

DH's sleep improved significantly once his thyroid dose was higher.

When he was ramping up, I had him at 1/4 grain 4x/day at one point.

Now he is on 3/4 grain 4x/day and looks like it will soon be 1 grain.

You didn't say if temps are stable. You said RT3 wasn't a problem. IF

you're ready for a raise, I would add another 1/4 grain at bedtime.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner do 1/4 grain + cytomel; bedtime, another

1/4 grain. IF you tolerate that, then add the additional Cytomel at

bedtime after a week.

I just thought you weren't supposed to go much beyond that or you're going

beyond a physiological replacement dose....

artisticgroomer@...> wrote: >>Higher than 32.5??

And I recently checked RT3, it's pretty low.<<

If you feel the 32.5mg is working for you then try a thyroid increase.

What is considered a physiological dose depends alot on YOUR body and how it si

using the cortisl you are giving it. Many people with thyroid/adrenal problems

do nto digest properly and much of the hormones taken orally are lost ot this.

NO way to knwo how much or IF this is happneing whihc is why we determine

correct HC dosing by symptoms and response rather than amounts.
