Help with Blood Results

Val and Group,

Please tell me what you think--- about all of this stuff--

My blood work (2/26/08) results are:

sodium 141 (Range 135-145)

potassium 3.9 (Range 3.5-5.3)

TSH 0.552 (Range 0.35-5.5)

T4 6.2 (Range 5.0-12.5)

Free T4 1.07 (Range 0.89-1.80)

T3 161.2 (Range 60.0-181.0)

Free T3 3.4 (Range 2.3-4.2)

I'm on 60mg of Armour and temps are still so so (avg about 97.8 to 98.)

Take sea salt and eat bananas daily.

Raise Armour if temps are stable. FT4 should goal is 1.4 and FT3

goal is top of range or higher.

You still need more thyroid and I would increase sea salt and eat more

potassium rich foods.
