Guest guest
When you take it sublingually, you effectively increase your dose. Maybe you just needed a higher dose. Guest guest
Sublingual just means to take the medication under your tongue, as opposed to swallowing it. There are many blood vessels in your mouth and the medication is absorbed that way. Because you bypass the digestive tract, you get a somewehat higher dose. Since many here have poor digestion, taking Armour that way raises their dose. Actually, Val does not recommend taking HC sublingually, because of the possibility of it causing thrush or a yeast infection in the mouth. If you have a problem with HC absorption or stomach upset, I would recommend trying the HC cream instead.
