Any clue as to why sublingual hc stop palps?

I switched to sublingual hc some time ago and was going over my notes

about symptoms,etc. and realized that when I switched to sublingual hc,

my STRONG heart palpitations stopped. That was the only significant

change I had written down. Any ideas why this might be?

When you take it sublingually, you effectively increase your dose.

Maybe you just needed a higher dose.

How, where and what kind is sublingually H/C?

Sublingual just means to take the medication under your tongue, as

opposed to swallowing it. There are many blood vessels in your mouth

and the medication is absorbed that way. Because you bypass the

digestive tract, you get a somewehat higher dose. Since many here

have poor digestion, taking Armour that way raises their dose.

Actually, Val does not recommend taking HC sublingually, because of

the possibility of it causing thrush or a yeast infection in the

mouth. If you have a problem with HC absorption or stomach upset, I

would recommend trying the HC cream instead.
